(networking) Was involved in Mortgage/RE/Development but now I work for AmeriVault. Helping Buisnesses recover information loss such as back up and hosted recovery.
 
When did you first see the sport and when and how did you make that first step to begin?

I saw it from Cape beaches and was wakeboarding on Folins pond. Figured Oceanside and freedom was better than the pond. Plus I don’t have a tower.
 
How long have you been kite boarding?

2 years now end of 06’  
 
How did you learn?

I bought a CO2 and a video from Phil destin to kook hood until I got an hour lesson from Jason at airsupport. Form there it was allot of good people on th ebeaches that as long as I asked and didn’t assume I got help. I just admitted I didn’t know and would love to learn… Basically keep the beaches safe and open!
 
Describe your current level/experience?

I mastered up wind beginning of last summer 07’. I started jumping. Just getting better turning 180’s, toeside and downlooping.

Favorite kiteboarding session/trip?

Well that is why I keep going.. I think St. Martin with my family present was really cool. Just really anxious to not get skunked and carry the gear. SO when I got my wind and location right it was just perfect!
 
Worst Kitemare?

Loosing my board in lewis bay, clinging to the bouy, and having to swim against the current after my legs tangled in my lines.  
 
What are you working on... this years goal?

I want the back roll, better pop and boost mechanics, go unhooked, but most off all get more involved with the kite community! Some good people!
 
Do you like to/learn to ride land/snow?

Yes I think after watching Utah videos and seeing the 3 demensions of rolling mountainside and hills are very interesting. I already want a land board for my 3m Samurai for parking lots ect.
 
How much equipment have you trashed to get to where you are today?

 Just my stuff or other peoples? I have popped a CO2. Had one CO2 pop on the beach. Had my 11m Warro get miss handled by my buddy and ripped, My vest is falling apart, I have broken my boards handle then later the footpad got lost. Spooled a leash, ripped leashes in half.

How many days of riding do you get in?

well once a week is 52… But they call it a weekend so maybe 70+ this year I hope more. I am down for Extreme cold and early pre-work so its doable. So Far I think I have kited 30-50 times not sure hard to tell..
 
Comments/random info something to say:

I want to go to the beach and know people! That way its like a bar and then go to the bar after the beach! Plus I have a place there in Dennis and want to have people visit as it just makes the whole day and camp fires more fun!
